Super Greens


A fast,nutritious and easy side. Fresh spinach,Swiss chard and beet greens saute'ed(wilted)in coconut oil with a pinch of garlic powder and black pepper. Garnished with lemon juice or organic apple cider vinegar to add some tartness. Loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
